Do I need to give you a formal brief?
That's up to you. I am comfortable responding to a written brief if you prefer to set everything down on paper.
Equally, I am happy to talk to you about your needs and send you an email summarising our conversation.
Will you send me a proposal?
Yes, if you ask me to pitch for the project. My proposal will include a description of the work that I will do for you and the timings and cost.
You can then decide whether to accept the proposal or look elsewhere without any pressure.

Where are you? Can I work with you if I am not based in central London?
I am in central London but I can work with you wherever you are based. We can easily work together by telephone, email and skype.
I have successfully completed projects for clients that I have never met.
Can you come to our offices if we want to meet you?
Yes, of course. I have even worked in clients' offices for long-term projects for two different companies.
What are your terms of business?
My terms and conditions are pretty straightforward:
- the agreement is between The Client and Pagster Limited
- VAT will be charged
- out-of-pocket expenses will be re-charged back to the client
- depending on the size of the project, I will either invoice you as each stage of the project is completed or at the end of the project
- payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date
- when payment is late, interest of 2% above the prevailing HSBC rate will be applied to the invoice - at my discretion
- copyright of the work remains with me until the invoice is paid in full.
