Project: re-developed existing website
Result: responded to increased price-sensitivity
in the market
See: the Epigeum website
Epigeum’s customers had become more price sensitive because of the economic downturn. Many universities and research institutes had already had their training budgets cut. Others were facing future cuts.
In response, Epigeum needed to demonstrate the quality, internationalism and cost-effectiveness of their e-learning programmes.
I wrote new copy for most of the pages and re-structured the website so that it was easier to navigate. I added a section on pricing which explained the different payment options. I demonstrated the quality of their products by describing the academics from around the world who create them. I also wrote a new section about how the courses worked for institutions, teachers and students.
Potential customers can now see how Epigeum’s courses will help them to improve the quality of their student training without compromising their budget.
